Falkland Cricket Club built a new £1.9m two-storey pavilion with community room for multi-sport and a range of local charities in Newbury, West Berkshire.

wctd limited was engaged at initial design stages of this project to ensure coordination of likely users, both sporting and local charities and design compliance for potential funders.

By supporting the volunteer committee, nearly £900,000 of funding was secured to be able to commence the project. Further funding was sourced as the project progressed, as well as loans to enable the project to be completed. The facility is now a thriving hub for the community and is also home to the Berkshire Cricket Foundation.
